Here's a productivity tip that will always work.
Reduce the number of trivial decisions you have to take on a daily basis. As simple as that. How?
Picking what to wear? just take what's on the top of the stack.
Picking what to eat? Eat the first thing that comes to mind. Chances are you'll end up picking it even after 20 mins of deliberation.
What food to cook? Make a timetable.
When to go to the office? Stick to one schedule.
Yes, there can be exceptions, but exceptions cannot become the norm.
Consistency helps you grow as compound interest does. It is phenomenal in the long run. A lot of what I enjoy with my life today has to do with how relentlessly I removed all trivial decision-making and replaced them with a process.
Does it get monotonous? For a brief period, yes. But right after, it'll help you get into a flow and focus on things that matter - professionally and personally.
